Monster High Doll Review-Elissabat Ghoul Fair

Hello everyone. So today I came up with a great post idea. Its perfect for children, parents, and doll collectors. Today I'm going to review a Monster High Economy Doll. An economy doll is the cheaper end of dolls in a line, that come with little to no accessories and just a doll. Usually Mattel prices its MH economy dolls for $7-$13. This is a good price for just an extra play doll, a quick treat, or a prototype doll to customize, re-root, or paint, or to do any sort of project with. I was at Target a few days back and picked up two MH economy dolls. I'll do a review for one of them right now. I'll be reviewing Elissabat Ghoul Fair Doll.

So she came in the box, just like that. No brush or accessories. I got her for around $8. And she is very cute and high quality for an economy doll. Her skin tone is a pale lavender, and she has a purple-red theme running here. Her hair is her signature deep purple with bangs, but this time with a dash of red added.

Her theme is supposed to be very festival, fair, and baking goodies kinda vibe. Her face paint is on point, with large eyes, and crimson lips with little fangs. I just wish the fangs can be a bit more exaggerated, so it really pops that she is a vampire. She is the queen of vampires in the MH world anyway. But thats ok.

Her mold is similar to Draculaura, one of the main ghouls. Which I can see how Mattel is bridging the vamps together, and their supposed to be long time bffs. She has a deep purple, satin, mini dress. This is again very along with the Elissabat theme. She has an intricate print on it of chandeliers, bats, rolling pins, along with a red trim hem.

Her shoes tie the whole outfit together, with red heeled boots. They have bats and blood drop patterns on them, with whisk shaped heels to bring the 'vampire baking goodies' theme together. The articulation is perfect, just as any MH doll. Theirs movement in the head, wrists, elbows, arms, hips, knees, and legs.

I would highly reccomend this doll, it's perfect actually. Its great for play, for customising because of its nice mold, and its affordable. This doll is a no brainer, good deal. The only accessory it came with was a tray of bat cake pops. Thats cute too. Anyway, I'm in love with this doll. Its simple, sweet, and fun. I bet Elissabat makes great cake pops anyway.
